What You Do :
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)
- Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
- Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
- Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
- Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service
- Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
- Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
- Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
- Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports
What You Need :
- Deep Understanding of Technology Behind Search Engine, Google Webmaster Guidelines, Search Friendly Websites, Google Penalties & Recovery and Photo shop
- Deep Knowledge of ON Page & OFF Page activities, SEO, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google
- Strong awareness on Google Algorithm Updates
- Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
- Strong Knowledge of HTML & CMS Panels likes Word Press; knowledge of PHP, Dream weaver, FileZilla will be added advantage.
- Expertise with Excel Reporting (Filters, Vlookup, Calculation Formulas, Pivot, Graph, Chart)
- Well Versed with web analytic s and presentation tools
- Knowledge of Tech Tools : Firebug, Webmaster, Hoot-suite, Yoono, Google Page Speed, GTMetrix, Alexa, Google Keyword Planner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
