What You Do :

  • Develop video/content syndication strategies, media plans, testing tactics, and KPI’s across multiple platforms
  • Plan and implement digital media strategies and campaigns to meet predefined goals and objectives
  • Work with SEO/product managers to ensure videos are searchable and share measurable KPIs for organic traffic generation.
  • Generate monthly video performance report; make recommendations for improving views and engagement based on analysis.
  • Monitor metrics so ensure videos are providing the ROI
  • Align with SEO team to ensure quarterly content goals and targets of views, traffic and actions (leads, conversions, form fills) are being met

What You Need :

  • 2+ years experience in a video marketing role.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates successfully managing Youtube/Video Channels and able to drive views and referrals organically.
  • Experience in generating leads/conversions through videos.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, YouTube, Google Analytics, video search tools, video monitoring tools, etc.
  • Experience in tracking video metrics and measuring video success.
