What You Do :
- Develop video/content syndication strategies, media plans, testing tactics, and KPI’s across multiple platforms
- Plan and implement digital media strategies and campaigns to meet predefined goals and objectives
- Work with SEO/product managers to ensure videos are searchable and share measurable KPIs for organic traffic generation.
- Generate monthly video performance report; make recommendations for improving views and engagement based on analysis.
- Monitor metrics so ensure videos are providing the ROI
- Align with SEO team to ensure quarterly content goals and targets of views, traffic and actions (leads, conversions, form fills) are being met
What You Need :
- 2+ years experience in a video marketing role.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates successfully managing Youtube/Video Channels and able to drive views and referrals organically.
- Experience in generating leads/conversions through videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software, YouTube, Google Analytics, video search tools, video monitoring tools, etc.
- Experience in tracking video metrics and measuring video success.
