How we write a study

The same three questions a buyer asks in a review

What was leaking, what we shipped, and what moved. If a name is under NDA, we still walk the same structure on a call.

Method

The loop behind every study

01

Name the leak

Where demand dies: search, site, ads, or follow-up.

02

Rebuild the path

Pages, tracking, and CTAs pointed at one conversion.

03

Turn on demand

SEO and ads only after the destination can convert.

04

Report like sales

Leads and bookings, not vanity sessions.

Maati Plants Nursery

+180% organic traffic in 3 months

Challenge
The nursery was losing walk-in and WhatsApp demand to marketplaces. The old site was a brochure with no catalog logic, slow images, and no path from “I like this plant” to a visit or order.
Approach
We rebuilt information architecture around plant types, care level, and occasion; designed a visual catalog that still loads on 4G; and added enquiry, WhatsApp, and local SEO for nursery searches in Noida.
Result
Organic traffic nearly doubled in a quarter. Staff now receive structured enquiries instead of “price?” messages with no context.

Photon Consulting

2,000 qualified leads in 60 days

Challenge
Photon looked smaller online than in the room. Service pages were generic, case proof was buried in PDFs, and paid traffic landed on a homepage that did not ask for a meeting.
Approach
We wrote capability pages around buyer jobs, put proof next to each offer, and built a consultation path with calendar, WhatsApp, and CRM tracking so sales could see which page created the lead.
Result
The site now supports every pitch. Campaigns point at service pages, not a catch-all home, and leadership can see which practices fill the pipeline.

2024 · Product marketing

Veloxa

4.2× ROAS on Google Ads

Challenge
The product story was strong in sales calls and weak on the marketing site. Paid clicks bounced, and the team could not tell which message created a demo.
Approach
We rewrote the narrative around outcomes, built persona landing pages for ads, and wired demo, trial, and CRM events so spend and content pointed at the same conversion.
Result
Paid media now has pages worth the click. Demo volume is attributable, and the site is a sales asset instead of a placeholder.

CareLink Clinic

3× appointment enquiries

Challenge
Patients could not find specialties or book after hours. Google Business and the website told different stories, and ads sent people to a slow homepage.
Approach
Location and treatment pages, doctor proof, WhatsApp and booking CTAs, and tracking that counts appointment requests — not just sessions.
Result
Front desk now handles fewer missed-call voicemails. Search and ads both produce booked conversations.

Spice Route Kitchen

+52% table bookings

Challenge
The dining room was full on weekends and invisible on Maps on weeknights. The menu lived on Instagram; hours and reservations were a scavenger hunt.
Approach
A mobile-first site with menu, location, and reservation paths, Google Business hygiene, and light ads for high-intent dining searches.
Result
Weeknight covers improved. Guests arrive already knowing the menu, and the team spends less time answering “are you open?”

Northline Logistics

+90% qualified RFQs

Challenge
Northline looked interchangeable with larger 3PLs online. Capabilities, certifications, and quote paths were buried, so sales started every conversation from zero.
Approach
Service and lane pages, proof of SLA and compliance, and an RFQ form that routes by cargo type into the CRM.
Result
Inbound quotes now include enough detail to price. Sales uses the site as the leave-behind after first calls.
