Qubitdots provides website design and development, ecommerce builds, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social, and related services. Descriptions on the Site are general information only.

Fees, timelines, deliverables, ownership, and support for any engagement are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or contract. In case of conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Qubitdots’s Site are provided “as is”. Qubitdots makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Qubitdots does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of materials on its Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Qubitdots or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials on Qubitdots’s Site, even if Qubitdots or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Qubitdots’s Site shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Courts in Qubitdots Technologies, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore - 560100 shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
